Hello Boat Season!

It’s mid February in Austin and the lake is starting to get busy again, summer’s almost here!

Austinites are itching for summer to hurry up and get here so they can get outdoors and start enjoying the true beauties of the city. The weather has been up and down as of late, however, rest assured that anytime the temperature has reached 70 degrees, the Lake Austin boaters are out in full force.

Ed and the Fly Lake Austin crew have been braving the cold water temperatures – though not without their wetsuits yet ; – since early January. Wakeboarder’s and surfer’s are beginning to pop up slowly throughout the lake, and the pontoons and cruisers are putting along the lake, enjoying all that Lake Austin has to offer.
