As we all know, there’s always something to do in Austin. Here are some upcoming events we are excited for!

🎶 Zilker Summer Musical (Now – 8/13 Thursday through Sunday starting at 8:15 pm)

Plan a fun summer night with family or friends and head out to Zilker Park for a summer musical. Make sure to pack a blanket and picnic dinner to enjoy during the show! The Zilker Summer Musical was originally created as a project of Austin’s Park and Recreation Department in 1959 and is still providing amazing entertainment to this day! Admission is free and no reservations are required!

🌈 Austin Pride Parade and Festival (8/13)

Head out to the HUGE parade on Congress Avenue during the largest annual LGBTQI advocacy and fundraising event in Central Texas! Check out the Austin Pride website for information on tons of other events coming up! Happy Pride!

🦇 Bat Fest (8/27)

Ever been to the Bat Bridge? If not, make your first time extra special and visit the Bat Fest! Along with the 1.5 million Mexican Free-Tailed Bats beneath the Ann Richard’s Congress Street Bridge soaring into the sky for their nightly flight, there will also be live music, activities for the kids, a costume contest, and much more!

🔥 Hot Sauce Festival (09/11 3-9 pm)

Spice up your Sunday by checking out the 32nd Annual Hot Sauce Festival benefiting the Central Texas Food Bank at The Far Out Lounge and Stage. You’ll be able to sample hundreds of Central Texas’ hottest salsas while enjoying live music and dining on local food and delicious drinks!

🍁 Fall Pecan Street Festival (9/17 – 9/18)

The Pecan Street Festival is back this September! Come support local vendors and enjoy music at this long-running classic Austin Event! You won’t want to miss out on this opportunity to check out some arts and crafts made with care by your fellow Austinites!

🌟 Austin City Limits Music Festival (10/07 – 10/09 and 10/14 – 10/16)

ACL needs no introduction, we all know this is an absolute must-do! Make sure to grab tickets to see your favorite artists at Zilker Park this October!

🏎 Formula 1 (10/21 – 10/23)

The Formula 1 Aramco United States Grand Prix is returning to Austin for a three-day must-see event! Head out to COTA for world-class racing, musical performances, amusement rides, local cuisine, and more!
