2019 Float On Cares Charity Boat Pary

Our jobs here at FloatOn are a lot of fun and we are so grateful to be doing what we do. In the spirit of that gratitude, we want to give back as much as we can and in any way possible.  This year we are teaming up with Collective Humanity, a nonprofit organization that is working to break cycles of poverty by partnering with female artisans in Cambodia to create demand for their products and help them generate sustainable, consistent, and dignified sources of income. They invest all profits from their sales into community empowerment programs for the artisans and their families. 

Their goal is to empower communities throughout the developing world with a strong foundation of economic opportunities, education, and support, from which they can choose their future and transform their lives.

Join us for a boat party on Lake Austin, Thursday, August 15th from 6:00 to 8:30 PM. All the proceeds from the event will be donated to Collective Humanity to help them with their efforts in Cambodia.  We will have food provided by our friends over at VIA313 with drinks provided by Independence Brewing, Tito’s Vodka, and Meridian Hive Mead.  We’ll also have a raffle with chances to win fun gift thanks to Yeti, Rowing Dock, Pubcrawler of Austin, Intuitive Hands, and a few more.
